Chuzi’s advice
It doesn’t tell you to train.
It tells you what to change.
Six rules read your history and compete to speak: coming back after a break, going up in weight, a stalled exercise, an abandoned one, a muscle falling short or a slow week. Only the one that matters most to you today shows up.

Goals
Your 100 kg bench, with a progress bar
Set a goal for each exercise, see how far you have left and let Chuzi celebrate the day you get there.

12 weeks at a glance
Consistency, volume per muscle including indirect work, records as multiples of your bodyweight and a streak badge that evolves with you.
Your way
Your bar, your plates, your week
The plate calculator uses the equipment you have, and you choose how many days to train, how the rest timer alerts you and how big the numbers are.
Reminders

When you finish, pick the day of your next workout and it reminds you that day. Changed your mind? Untick it.
Body and food
Weight, measurements, steps and macros
Scan the barcode and repeat yesterday. With Health Connect, your workouts go out from Chuzi and your weight and steps come in by themselves.
Import
Bring your history from Hevy or Strong
Open their CSV and Chuzi recognises the exercises, understands kilos and pounds and duplicates nothing.
Your data
A copy of everything, in one file
Export the whole app and restore it on another phone, no account needed. Or take your history out as CSV.
The catalogue
156 with a picture and steps. All with the muscles they work on a body map and the equipment they use. Search finds them in English and Spanish.
FAQ
What people usually ask
How much does it cost?
Nothing. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Does it work offline?
Yes. All workout logging is local: you can use the whole app in a basement with no signal. You only need a connection to sync, for the social side, for the cardio map and to look up food by barcode.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use it as a guest and nothing you log — workouts, weights, meals, routes — leaves your phone. The only thing that can leave is diagnostics: crash reports and a few usage events, without your data in them, and it comes switched off. An account gives you a backup, lets you recover your data when you change phones, and unlocks the social side.
Is there an iPhone version?
Soon. Right now Chuzi is an Android app that also works on Wear OS watches, and the iPhone version is on its way. Sign up for the notice and we’ll write when it’s out.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes, from Hevy and Strong. Export your history to CSV there and open it from Profile, in Your data: Chuzi recognises the exercises, understands kilos and pounds and doesn’t duplicate what you already had.
